Large living room of 35m2, kitchen and American fridge, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160*200*38) and a dressing room, 2 shower rooms, one of which is private to the ground floor bedroom, 1 separate WC.
Two outdoor areas: south-facing with 6-seater table and parasol, east-facing with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. Gas hob available. Large utility room/garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, 3 bicycles with locks available (helmets and gloves are not provided). Outside drying shed. Private parking in front of the house. WIFI. For babies, a cot and high chair.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
At the end of your stay, you must leave the house clean, or ask the receptionist for a cleaning service (at a charge).
Visitor's tax and electricity consumption must be paid on departure.
