STAGE AQUAPHOBIE

Monday 17 February to Friday 21 February from 5.15pm to 6pm > Aquaphobes, this course at Espace Aquasud is for you!

Every year, Espace Aquasud offers a wide range of aquatic activities for adults and children alike.
But for those who are apprehensive about water, or even scared to death, what's on offer? It's simple: the Aquasud pool lifeguards are organising a week of aquaphobia courses.

When might this course be useful?
You can't lie down in the water,
You're convinced you can't float,
You can't put your head under water,
You're convinced you can't swim at all, or you can swim, but you're not comfortable, especially when you've lost your footing.

During these sessions, you will be supervised by our qualified lifeguards, specially trained in aquaphobia and aquatic relaxation.
These techniques, based in particular on breathing and sophrology, help you to overcome this fear.

Prices: Package of 5 lessons: €100 (€95 for residents of the Sud Roussillon Community of Communes)
