Thursday 14 August at 6pm > The "SAINT CYPRIEN, SACRED ART, CULTURE AND TRADITIONS" ASSOCIATION is organising a lecture on the site of the chapel of Saint-Etienne de Villerase.
"Le Paradis à l'ombre du figuier : symbolique de l'arbre dans l'enluminure médiévale" (Paradise in the shade of the fig tree: the symbolism of the tree in medieval illumination) by Florence Moly, Doctor of History of Art, local councillor responsible for the historical heritage of the city of Perpignan.
Open to the general public.

The site will be open from 5pm.
