From 9am to 5pm > A life-size civic education course in the form of a civic, sporting and cultural rally around the town.
It's a real treasure hunt, with children (aged 9 to 14) divided into mixed teams of 5 to 7 children and accompanied by an adult, setting off to discover the treasures of their local community.
With the help of a logbook, a map of the town and the stops and timetables of the small trams or buses provided for participants, the teams have to cover as many points as possible, answer multiple choice questions and complete various sporting and cultural challenges.
The teams, wearing a T-shirt dedicated to the event, stay at each stop for around 10 minutes.
The event takes place over a full day and is co-organised by the CAP SAAA association (organisational and logistical support).
This stage is part of a "Tour de France de la citoyenneté" in which a number of French towns are taking part, culminating in a grand final in Paris attended by finalists from all over the country.
As a result, 4 teams from the Saint-Cyprien stage will win a place at the CAPITAL STAGE on Thursday 19 June 2025.
