In May, there are a lot of bank holidays... and fewer blood donations.
3 bank holidays means 3,000 fewer donations. Fortunately, you can make a difference: by taking a bisto de nas 1 hour of your time, you can save 3 lives!
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Be aged between 18 and 70, weigh over 50kg
- Never have had a blood transfusion
- Be in good shape
- Eat and drink before the donation
- Duration: 1 hour, including 10 minutes for the blood donation
- Present yourself with an identity document
